Brian H. Wilson
Brian graduated from the University of Illinois in 1984 with a Finance Degree. He has worked in the trust and investment management industry ever since. With over 30 years of experience, Brian has managed money through bubbles, bear markets and bull markets. Brian worked for 7 years in Bank of America’s Private Wealth Management division where he managed over $600,000,000 for high net worth individuals as a Senior Vice President. While working there, he became frustrated with the relentless pressure by management to sell products to clients rather than make long term investment decisions based on their true needs. In search of a way to bring investors less biased, independent advice, Brian left Bank of America in September of 2004 to become a Registered Investment Advisor. After spending over three years with a Chicago based RIA, he founded Stabile Investment Management in February of 2008.
Brian has been married for more than 30 years and has four children. He was born and raised in Elmhurst. He has lived in Downers Grove since 1988.
